feat: implement Stripe recurring payment (subscription) API#13

Add StripeRecurringPaymentApi methods (create, update status, load, delete) for Stripe subscription lifecycle management. Implement webhook handling for invoice.payment_succeeded/failed, customer.subscription.deleted/updated events. Add subscriptionId metadata propagation through the full proto→messages→handler→ DAO→server→client chain. Include unit tests (StripeRecurringPaymentApiSpec) and integration tests (StripePaymentServiceSpec). Closed Issue #12 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
